SHIPPING ADDRESS
An
order can have a different billing and shipping address. The Bangles
store does allow you to store multiple ship to addresses in your online
address book. All items in one order must be shipped to one address.
For split orders please place multiple orders.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING INFORMATION / DELIVERY TIME
Orders
are processed and shipped within 5 days of placing an order. Orders are
processed in the order received. The Bangles store ships via UPS and
USPS only. Expedited 2 day and next day shipping is available.
International Orders will be shipped via UPS Worldwide Expidited
service with a signature requst. All customers with a valid email
address will receive an email when the order has been shipped,
including a tracking number for UPS shipments. Additionally, The
Bangle's store customers with UPS shipments will receive a delivery
confirmation email. Domestic shipments do not require a signature.

SALES TAX
California residents will be charged 8.25% Sales Tax to their order.

The Bangles store accepts the following Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
ORDERS
At any
time you can review past and current orders by viewing the "My Account"
page. This page also allows you to edit your shipping address book as
well as membership / billing.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Merchandise may be exchanged for
other sizes or items as long as they have not been worn, washed or
damaged. The Bangles store is not responsible for postage charges
incurred by exchanging merchandise.
Returns will be issued a credit to their original method of purchase for the amount of the original purchase price.
To exchange/return items you MUST return the merchandise within 30 days of receiving it.
ORDER CANCELATION
Orders can be cancelled up until the time that they are shipped by sending an email to orders@thebangles.com.
Please include your full name and order number in order to process your
request. The Bangles store reserves the right to cancel any order for
any reason at our discretion.
OTHER INFORMATION
At any time, The Bangles store may
feature items at a reduced price. If you order that item previously or
after the time the item is featured on sale, you will not be given that
sale price. The sale or reduced price is only honored when the item is
ordered within the time it is featured on sale or the price reduced. |
